Jess ( the mad belly dancing gurl ) danced @ Fringe this past weekend

both years i was in these cencept shows where they would hire a small handful of actors who also write, and give us a theme, and we would go and erite about our theme, and then they would shape the monologues into a show, and do group peices, and form it into a show.

the first year was about love, and i wrote about derek and becoming positive, which had just happened 3 months before. it was RAW and very good.

the second year was about politics, and i wrote a piece on (my assigned theme- community) how we are not a community. it was good.

the crowd was in awe

it was amazing and deeply moving

...including those on the other side of the world who you know, as yet anyway, purely through the internet

I haven't been to Asheville in years....nice little city that's evolved since the last time I was there. Your daughter kinda resembles Tori Amos.

I really wanna go back and see Biltmore. I'm sure there have been a few changes by now.....but I wanna go close to Christmas when they have the decoration up. It's beautiful. Don't know why it's been so long since I've been to Asheville.....it's not all that far from me.....a few hours.
