I fell asleep for about an hour after work today and when I woke up I really just wanted to call it a night.

I almost went to bed at 5:30 pm.

I don't seem to want to stay awake at this time of winter. It would be nice to wake up and find it was spring already.

Does your sleep pattern change in the winter?

if i didn't work crazy early hours, i'd probably be sleeping in till 9 or 10 every day. during summer i wake up and am bouncing around the apartment by 6am or so. i wake up when the sun comes up. i HAVE been trying to eat less heavy food this winter, which helps me feel somewhat energetic over this time of the year. shrug

I'm a napper especially in the winter. The thing is. I'll go to sleep at 4 or 5 and wake up at 7 or 7:30. Then I'm up 'till 4am.

Yeah, I would love to go to bed by 8pm during the winter and still sleep until 8am.

Like Anx, I find I have an easier time if I eat less, especially in the evenings. Once I have dinner, I've got about 30 minutes before I craaaash.
oh noes, prince is gonna soo me!!1!

I never have any energy. People should get to hibernate like bears in the winter. That would be rad.
