Ok... this is my StepDad (well, not technically as not married to Mum any more and has since remarried the beautiful Merielle, below - this is actually their Wedding )

Kev is someone I trust, love and admire more than almost anyone else in the world, not only because he's been the for me through thick and thin and so much more... he's had to endure utter hell the last 10 years and is still there to support... but he has one of the biggest, kindest hearts I've ever known, and it's most always been his advice above almost anyone's that I've grown up with and (well, ok haven't don't we all though growing up?) taken. he's one of the strongest people I've ever known, too... been through unimagineable hurt and more and is not only surviving but thriving

Merielle I could say almost as much about even though we've only been a part of each other's lives for 7 years (omg it doesn't seem like that long!) she's very much a mother figure for me and loves me almost as much as her own there's a lot more I could say about both of them but I've gone on enough about why they inspire me

OK I have to post this one also... these are two of my closest friends and two of the people, also, that I respect most in the world for many varying reasons and I love them dearly

- My father's the one. He's everything I want to be as a father and husband and I've followed his ways from day one. He's immense and always gives off this aura of being in charge of things, being knowledgable, a protector when need be, always reliable and in control, and with incredible experience of matters in life and how to deal with them. He just has this thing about him. If he's fixing something, you know he's doing it right. If you're riding in the car with him you're know you're in safe hands.

- My mother I respect for her incredible kindness. She's just able to give an incredible amount of love.

- Mon, for her amazing spirit and determination to not only survive tremendous difficulties but to push on through and become a bubbly, independent, outgoing person. Her faults are many and she's capable of inflicting inexplicable amounts of pain to people who care about her, even now still (having changed so much), but on the other side she can be the most remarkable selfless person I've ever met. Nobody lifts me up like she does and can reassure me and support me. She's my rock.

- Lastly, Nong Golf for his amazing growing personality despite trying circumstances. He astounds me every day he's here. I'm never quite sure if I'm teaching him or he's teaching me.

- Oh, and I can't forget Mon's mother, a remarkable woman even now she's physically not the person she was, having suffered a stroke a few years back. She's held this family together all these years, through her husband's infidelities and irresponsible antics, with her son's paralysis from a road accident, with 4 children to feed and provide for, often working long hours as a builder among other jobs. A real mumsy mum, she knows nothing but loving her children and doing her best to take care of them no matter what.

- My friend Julia. I met her under odd circumstances, her being my ex's ex. We began a sort of "first wives" club or something... Maybe a "consecutive girlfriends club" would be a better name. Nonetheless, I am certain we met that man so that we could become friends. She has helped me through various situations, and no matter what shitty thing she comes across, she's on the other side smiling.

Then of course, there's my dad and brother, who are the best family I could ever ask for. But I don't have any photos handy on the comp.
