Tonight is Ravioli

Tomorrow is Fried Chicken Tenders

Wednesday is Smoked Pork Chops

Thursday is Fajitas

I have started mapping out what we will be eating so that it makes it easier to shop and budget for food. It also helps me schedule the SO to cook at least one meal that isn't ramen noodles.

This is so sad, but I am just learning how to cook now. I never cooked when it was just me and now that my son is eating big boy food, I needed to learn how.

Same here. Well, sorta. I've always cooked and made a menu, but I've been more diligent about it lately so that we're able to save more money (putting towards buying a house).

Sunday: chicken jambalaya and buttermilk buscuits
Monday: zucchini lasagna and red cabbage tossed with vinegar & olive oil
Tuesday: herbed whole wheat spaghetti and mixed green salad
Wednesday: chicken sausage with peppers and roasted brussel sprouts
Thursday: leftovers
Friday: chicken tamales and romaine salad with avocado dressing
Saturday: homemade pizza

I just ate lunch and I'm already getting hungry again reading everyone's cooking smile
