You can find him at a local club called "The Castle" on Saturday nights. Sometimes on Mondays too.

Outside the Castle Night club. I have no clue what these guys are doing there during the day time though. shrug

He prolly has them made to order.

I think he's very brave to be out in public like that. There's lots of people who like to dress differently but they're just not so public.

shrug So?

If he's happy, what's the harm in it? Most people look and dress exactly the same as everybody else. I think a person brave enough to go out into the world knowingly looking like a freak because that's how they want to look should be congratulated.

For God's sake, people. We're on a site devoted to a man who's made a career of wearing weird shit, sometimes otutfits not too far off ol' Peter's here. Lighten up.

It never fails to amaze me the number of the man's fans ready to cry freak at the smallest display of strange behaviour, but will defend Prince's, er, quirks to the death.

I was going to make the same points but you beat me to it.

True, this man is not 'ordinary', to say the least - but it takes courage to be different in this judgmental world. The bottom line is, he seems an intelligent and decent sort. He isn't harming anyone.

Who is anyone to tell him how he should look or act or dress?

He certainly seems much happier than many people I know who are considered "normal".

I really believe that if more people put less effort into being normal (whatever that is. are fuzzy concepts something we should be aspiring to?) they'd be a lot happier and well-adjusted.

We must overcome the notion that we must be regular. It robs you of your chance to be extraordinary." -Uta Hagen

I wholeheartedly agree.

'Normal' is an indefinable state of being.

To aspire to being the best person one can be, and being happy and true to oneself, should be the goal, not hiding one's true nature or personality to fit some arbitrary image imposed by society.

I'd much rather be an imaginative, enthusiastic and genuinely happy person wearing a frilly Peter Pan outfit than an angry, frustrated man wearing an 'acceptable' three-piece grey suit who hates his acceptable job and his ordinary wife, and lives his life in perpetual fear of it being found out that he secretly enjoys wearing red silk bloomers.
