For some reason, I obsessively watch American Idol and have since the fourth season (for the third season I only watched auditions). And every year, I'm rolling on the floor with the auditions. These ones were...scary...and I had high hopes, too. I just kept thinking Minnecrapolis...



But I'm still watching the next episode. And Minneapolis is looking great compared to what I've seen of Seattle!

I was so humiliated at that show last night... everyone was making fun of me for being from Minneapolis... "MinneHOPELESS"... piss off Randy!!

Okay, what was up with tonights show!? Oh my God!!!!I really didn't like the way the tall girl sang. The curly haired girl was pretty good, but she didn't blow me away. The guy with the fro-like hair had great tone but he should've really went "in". He was good though.

Are the judges too mean? Is what everyone's asking. These people know they can't sing, and they just wanna be seen. I'm talking about the obvious ones who know they can't sing. American Idol has been coming on long enough for people to know what the judges are looking for. I don't feel sorry for them when they're judged harshly. OK.....maybe Simon was a little over the top when he told that boy he looked like a jungle creature.
