Electrostar and Ellie said it was amazing!!! I can't wait to see it either. I'm backed up on movies. So many to see.

thank you SSB Yeah, it has gotten multiple nominatations for best foreign film (Golden Globes, etc). It would be a great movie for YOU to see, but would be above kids' heads I think. 97% positive on rottentomatoes.com. You don't see that much across the board praise too often. Also, director Guillermo Del Toro is a pretty cool comic book director (Hellboy, Blade 2). | |

this is the most interesting acclaimed movie coming out right now.... and it's supposed to be intense, I mean the main creature is nude and has a penis that hangs down (from what I saw in a "making of" HBO special)... it's the directors personal fantasy film for adults after he turned down directing The narnia movie. This movie.....NOT FOR CHILDREN.
I wont spoil it but there are two stories going on in the movie, Spanish war and Fairy Tale. The movie is pretty violent. I really liked it though.
