I'm losing weight again. I managed to put around 5kgs on while in the UK, which only meant I got up to around 80kgs (or 12 stone something), which is not enough for someone 6 ft 3. I'm already losing it again in Thailand, despite my beer fueled efforts.

I am not drunk. I've started buying only cans of Singha Light, which is 3.5% alc. vol. and I don't drink more than a few cans these days. I just got sick of drinking 4 or 5 of the huge 640ml bottles of 6.4% Beer Chang and feeling useless for 2 days afterwards.
