I had some off-brand coconut candles once that smelled like poopy baby diapers....needless to say when I figured out where the smell was coming from, into the basket they went....wonder if they made a mistake on those candles somehow...they certainly weren't coconut. lol

Sounds like the ones I was looking for! smile

Tell ya what, had you been around I would have gladly donated them to you.lol

I'm burning a great candle called "Birthday Cake".

It smells delicious and far better than the cat piss smell that is sneaking thru one of my windows all thanks to a stray tomcat that keeps coming up onto that window and spraying the screen.

The previous residents must have had a non-spayed female cat.

My current favorite is a vanilla/mint one I have lying around. I had a lime/cilantro one before that that was nice and light. I guess I like light and airy food smells. lol
I'm not much for citrus, though, and I really can't take heavy patchouli/musk/jasmine-y ones.

I like the mango coconut candle by Illume that my sweetie bought me last Valentine's day. Illume makes another yummy smelling candle called Angel Food that I saw around Christmas in a store, but now it's gone. sad I will have to order it online I think.
I sometimes CRAVE the scent of Voluspa's Baltic Amber candle. It's just heavenly. I also can't wait to get my hands on a masala chai scented candle from Mani's Altru collection. It's the priciest of them all, so it will be a while before I bring it home.

A few years ago I bought a Mysteria Candle at the Crazy Wisdom Bookstore in Ann Arbor, Michigan. The globe vase that holds it has beautiful wax designs on the inside. It is the most gorgeous fragrance ~ mysterious and seductive but not heavy ~ I could never find one like it until recently on ebay!!!!
