Picard--A very tough one. Love me some Kirk, but Picard might have added some weight to the original series that would have rivaled Spock. Still without Kirk, the original series loses a lot of kitsch value. Picard's more believable as a starship captain. Kirk's a cowboy.

Spock--No contest. Without a doubt, the best Star Trek character ever.

McCoy--It's between Scotty & McCoy. Scotty's great, and contributed some classic lines to the show, but he's more of a comedic character--ala Kirk. McCoy was a better actor, a more real character, and added humanity. Chekov's completely expendable (though having a Russina character was bold), he should have worn a red shirt--and not because he's Russian.

Neither. I've tried them both. I couldn't get started when trying water skiing and probably would have torn my muscles doing the splits if I did get going, and the chair lift was not my friend when snow skiing (deathly afraid of heights).
