I don't want to go out like Elvis that's for sure. Most people know he died on his throne but I recently read a book that what killed him was a technique that some use to alleviate constipation. In involves closing your breating passages, nose and mouth, and pushing really hard. Apparently it's not good for the heart. Of course the 5000 pills he took in the last year of his life didn't help either.

It's not so much a technique, more a warning of what can happen if people strain too hard to go to the toilet - it happens naturally and is not something that is practiced as such .... never strain on the loo folks

My own opinion on death changed a lot last year and I don't see just those three ways of dying.
