The clock radio: what song woke you up this morning?

I was woken at 6:40 a.m. by "Private Idaho" by the B-52s...I know the DJ did it on purpose (if you don't love it, that song could be a killer that early in the morning) but, it was my favorite song in 6th grade, so after it was over I had to hit the snooze until 7:30 a.m. so I could dream about it smile

What song woke you up this morning?

none. i use my cell phone as an alarm clock these days, believe it or not. i used to use my mp3 player hooked up to the stereo because it had an alarm function, but it was too untrustworthy. plus, waking up to music is always surreal and kinda annoying, and i don't like getting mad at songs i love. lol

so i wake up to the sound of a telephone ringing, which i already gladly hate.

I woke up at 10:30 pm last night to "selfish" by slum village. My whole life is lived in the perpetual opposite day of graveyard shift workers, and I love it.

It wasn't a song. It was the Steve Harvey Morning Show. I love waking up and laughing. It really gets my day going.

I always seem to wake up a couple minutes before my alarm goes off. I set it each night just in case I don't wake up, but 99% of the time I do.

My alarm clock though also has nature sounds built into it that I leave on all night,to help me sleep. The rain one is my favorite.

I haven't used an alarm clock since I stayed on campus. I just use my t.v alarm to wake up. I guess I could use my stereo hmmm, but I've gotten so used to using my t.v. I'm always in a rush, so it's not I'll have time to actually listen to music before I'm off. I might start using one again though.....because I saw this Hello Kitty alarm clock with iPod dock that I want so bad.
I swear Hello Kitty is on everything these days.

I woke up to my cell phone alarm a minute before my son's alarm blared " The Jack" by AC/DC... which, of course, even at an ear piercing level he did not wake up to, which made me have to crawl out of bed before my 9 minutes of snooze time was up.

I always have a country western station set for my alarm. Nothing hauls my butt out of bed faster to turn it off. Then I'm up and ready to go.
