I didn't mean to, it just happened.


That's how I gave up, six years ago. I did want to give up for a weekend, so went and got accupuncture, but I fully intended to smoke again. Never did.

I quit kind of accidentally. I got a cold and couldn't smoke for a couple days, and I just thought "might as well quit, I guess"

It was so drama-free

but it's been a few years and I still can feel myself picking up cigarettes & lighting them (pipes too, for that matter). It's in my muscle memory, and I have to stop the body from betraying me!

I can't, my dis-embrained body would still smoke on its own. My body wants to smoke, it's my brain that stops me.
