18. Use of a chainsaw to saw off limbs, (with a very tight tourniquet to prevent fatal bleeding) and to scare torturee's, such as the chainsaw blade being held a milimeter away from the face
19. Cutting off of male genitals with surgical scissors
20. Crushing testicles in a vice and/or cutting them out
21. Pouring acid on the skin, and in orfices of the body (such as an acid enema)
22. Pulling of fingernals and toenails
23. Powerdrill in down the throat
24. Being forced to eat rotten maggoty food and to drink filthy water
25. Being streched with a torture rack
26. Being forced to eat and sleep in your own excrement
27. Water torture (temporary drowning of someone)
28. Skull vice (having your skull slowly crushed)

I think all things extreme always have a certain appeal because they're taboo, but we all have our limits for what we can handle and as I've gotten older, mine have become increasingly clear.
