There's a strange lady on my property picking up trash right now! I saw her yesterday, looking around the woods across from my house, but I thought she might be looking for eagles, since they nest around here in the Winter. But now she's back again picking up miscellaneous garbage that is out there. Sometimes animals get into the trash on garbage day, and various pieces of paper and whatnot blow into the woods. Big deal, right? Who is this woman?

I finally got a digital camera for Christmas, so I quickly took her picture through the window.

that's weird

ummm...can you send her over to my house? The residents of my building are quite messy and I'd happily pay her to make the little patch outside my window pretty.


In all seriousness, that is rather odd....maybe she's a neighbor who's slightly OCD?

Here she is with her final wheelbarrel full of trash. BTW, I don't know what in the heck that black thing is on top. It's not like we have garbage everywhere either. She must have went pretty far into the woods to find that stuff.

she's probably a clean freak of some sort. from the looks of it, your neighborhood looks like it's pretty nice and she's probably keeping it that way.

I don't understand why you think she's strange. I think she sounds wonderful, particularly if her motives are environmental. I would want to find out more and perhaps offer help.

i've been known to pick up trash on public and private lots. not all the time, like compulsively. just,. sometimes the place would look better if there weren't bottles and cans strewn about
