OMG I love that movie.

I think I've spent more time than is probably healthy trying to figure out exactyl what the circus performers did to Cleo to cause that transformation at the end.

Wait! What was that movie about the circus freaks? I remember seeing it as a kid but can't remember the storyline or how to explain it because it's been so long since I seen it lol I think there was like a guy who was an advocate of the circus people and I think they or he killed people throughout the movie. Does this sound familiar to anyone? lol

A very good movie (the second or third time around...)...and you don't have to be a mathematical savant to enjoy it....

yeah I love it
especially when all the rabbis get mad at him at the end
hard to sit through
but philosophically fabulous

True...the first time I saw it, I thought I was going crazy....especially since it was frantically paced....and about math, which I absolutely SUCK at....I felt like I'd died and gone to my particular hell, which would be eternal math class..... falloff

It is, and it's far from mainstream.

I don't think I'd call it porn.... more arthouse.

But boy is that shit FUCKED UP!
In spite of the cost of living, it's still popular.

We had a long discussion about him on the porn thread a few weeks ago. Would anyone survive a love affair with Rocco?

I usually know beforehand if the movie I'm about to watch is going to be weird or not, since it's usually communicated through the video cover, or maybe I've heard of the director already etc. But with this one I was really quite surprised by its strangeness. It looks normal enough, doesn't it?

Well it definitely isn't. confused
Worth seeing though, for sure.
