Happiness -- a MUST SEE Oh yes, i've seen "happiness". Depressing, yet at times funny film. A film with liz taylor thats weird? Sounds interesting. Taylor AND Hepburn. One of the first films Ive heard of dealing with odd gay issues.

I was actually considering watching it. You should watch it! By St. Boogar and all the saints at the backside door of Purgatory!

It's no anime, it's live action, but it is weird as hell. Here is synopsis from IMDB.com... Invisible aliens in a tiny flying saucer come to Earth looking for heroin. They land on top of a New York apartment inhabited by a drug dealer and her female, androgynous, bisexual nymphomaniac lover, a fashion model. The aliens soon find the human pheromones created in the brain during orgasm preferable to heroin, and the model's casual sex partners begin to disappear. This increasingly bizarre scenario is observed by a lonely woman in the building across the street, a German scientist who is following the aliens, and an equally androgynous, drug-addicted male model. (Both models are played by Anne Carlisle, in a dual role.) Darkly funny and thoroughly weird. I guess this will seen cliche to some but truly....:
I saw this one time many years ago and I happened to be on acid My friend just said Hey, lets watch a movie and just popped it in. Nobody had any idea what we were going to watch and 1 minute in we were all like this what in the hell is going on here?! We pretty much were asking that question the whole time One of the most disturbing scenes for me ever: This is the tale of a gang of hoodlums and one mans journey to righteousness. This movie is literally a trip and a half. Stanley Kubrik is a genius for this shit 2010: Healing the Wounds of the Past.... http://prince.org/msg/8/325740

n a future world ruled by good-looking people, a terrorist group of mutants led by Ramon Yarritu kidnap the daughter of Orujo, a rich businessman. Escaping from the police in their spaceship, Ramon tires to kill his gang in order to get ransom money. The trip ends abruptly when the crash in Axturiax, a weird planet where no women live. the last time i take a "see this crazy film" recommendation from harry knowles. although this one is from the same director it is much better...any movie with javier bardem naked gets an instant thumbsup from me. After kidnapping a well-bred adolescent couple, Perdita (Rosie Perez) and Romeo (Javier Bardem) take a one-way trip through the wild side of the American dream, transporting a cargo of fetuses from the Mexican border to Las Vegas under the orders of a Mafia boss. Dance With The Devil is an explosive cocktail of humor, love, sex and action. Space for sale...

XxAxX said: recommend 'carnival of souls' 1962
also, 'dark city' I love Carnival Of Souls, though most people I know have never seen it until I lend them my copy. My current quirky horror favorite is a double feature of Ms. Barbara Steele...Castle Of Blood and Black Sunday, but I own too many weird, explotative or just plain disgusting movies to pick any particular favorite. For sheer bad taste badly done weirdness....perhaps Criminally Insane? Everything old is new again...

Has anyone seen a recent film called 20 CENTIMETERS? I loved it. It's a movie from Spain about a pre-op transexual hooker (with a heart of gold of course) that is narcoleptic. (My Own Private Idaho on crack) She falls in love with this GORGEOUS guy.....enough said.....
Oh yeah, everytime she falls asleep she dreams in musical numbers. Full on productions. What I like about it as that the dancers are all different shapes and sizes. Also, I forgot to mention, and you've proabably already guessed, the tranny is trying to get "THE" operation on his endowment. 20 Centimeters.
