That was quite a while ago, wasn't it? Since then I've lost my 'hawk in a fit of drunken frustration at hair that just won't stay up in Vancouver weather. Maybe it's time to start a boy-haircut-on-girls thread? "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!"

Y'know, I was kind of hoping we would get into another Buffy argument on the Season Eight thread I started a few weeks ago, but you never showed up.

I didn't think a one album side project like Murderdolls would inspire any fan fiction at all. The one I read was racy too.

Oh, have you moved to Vancouver? If so, whereabouts? No. I wish. I was in Van for a while about a month ago -when that fabulous, ungodly snow first hit the coast. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!"

I didn't think a one album side project like Murderdolls would inspire any fan fiction at all. The one I read was racy too. I've found the most unlikely slash subjects without even trying. Looney Tunes, Simpsons, politicians, historical military leaders, you name it. You never know what's going to inspire a slasher. I'm constantly surprised that there isn't more slash in the Bowie/glam rock fandom. It's so obvious, how could they not? But so far I've only ever found a small handful of fics. And then there's this site's namesake. It's a bit odd to me that no Prince slash ever appeared, especially considering the HoYay! fodder that was UTCM. That'd make for an interesting study topic, wouldn't it? Different fandoms and their link to slash. Some fandoms just go hand in hand with the fan fic, like Buffy, and others barely exist in the same universe. "A Watcher scoffs at gravity!"
