I already started a thread about BROTHERS OF THE HEAD which I really loved. I went to see APOCOLYPTO and absolutely loved it. Some of my friends didn't like it though. I think the overall look of the movie was amazing. The costumes, good God, so great. Okay I must confess, the movie is full of Aztec booty, and that was good.

I also went to see BLACK CHRISTMAS yesterday with a bunch of my friends. We had such a good time because the movie was soooo bad. Yet another remake. I love ANDREA MARTIN though.

On Friday I caught a special screening of DREAMGIRLS. We got a beautiful program and a limited edition poster. The crowd was soo much fun. We hollered for Jennifer Hudson. She was amazing. Beyonce did her thing too.


Oh yeah, I forgot I watched World Trade Center. I thought it was okay. It was touching in some parts but, naturally, the reports I saw live tore me apart so much that the movies coming out about the tragedy leaves me kinda numb.

i watched some prince bootleggage and half-watched purple rain x-mas eve. don't have a lot of movies in my dvd stash, otherwise i woulda watched stuff on my computer.

I took Friday off from work and was going to watch all three LoTR movies, but only made it through the first two. Rachel didn't want the kids watching PG-13 movies.
