Anybody reading Civil War (Marvel Comics)

I haven't, but I'm curious... Have Mr. Fantastic and Iron Man (2 major proponents of super hero registration) been portrayed as villains?

I'm wondering if the writers can pull this off without making one side appear as plain evil...
