i got a cold and it's not letting go!

it suddenly came on at 5 pm yesterday and it's getting progressively worse. my sinuses ar aching and my nose is running! plus this damn office is FREEZING!

gimmie some old time remedies to get rid of it cuz the Comtrex is NOT working!

i was gonna start a sticky about the cold i am gettin over .... a few years ago i remember the doctor asking if the mucus that comes up when you cough is GREEN OR BROWN ???!!!! and that it depends on what "stage" the sickness or cold is in ... does anyone know???? i think like the brownish mucus signifies that the cold "going away " or .... i forget !!! anyone know ??? or brown signifies infection ???? i truly forget ....

UGH!!! i just got sick today! at 5pm even!
i passed out at 9 from feeling so weak, and now its 11pm and my throat is giving me HELL!

i took drugs, took a swig of Buckley's (cough syrup) and now i'm sucking on a strepsil

just fucking great.

No cold, but my UTI returned yesterday. This really sucks. I thought it had cleared up by Friday....guess not. I've been taking Uristat, some over the counter stuff because no doctor's offices are open right now....and my gyno who prescribed the meds won't open back up until after New Years. I wish she would've written me a refill or I should've requested Cipro. Cipro always works magic, but she gave me Macrobid instead. I feel like I'm pissing staples. Hope you get over your cold fast.
