Things get irrational when race comes up, for some reasons that I understand. What are ya gonna do? so because i'm white i support OJ? next you'll be saying because i'm wealthy i support him. the funniest thing is i'm not actully supporting OJ; i'm trying to preserve the integrity of our justice system while stating a position against the media's manipulation of justice. justice is not what nancy grace or court tv says it is. people like scott peterson sit on death row over circumstantial evidence. circumstantial evidence IS NOT ENOUGH, and should not be enough, to kill someone. the verdict for OJ was right. you don't convict on those "facts" and likewise you don't issue 33 million dollars in damages over circumstantial evidence. the sad thing is if he were a poor man the civil suit would never occured. he would have been convicted in the criminal trial, just like every other minority held up on circumstantial evidence.

I'm white too, and I thought he was innocent at the time. It is only his behavior SINCE then that has me utterly convinced that he did it. But the only reason this case has been what it has been is because of race. Class has played a role too, but it wouldn't have raised hell like it has without the race issue. Maybe the civil suit wouldn't have occured if he were poor, but he wasn't, and I don't blame the families for trying to make sure that his life is as tough as possible. In reality, I think it's reasonable to belive that he's guilty of murder, so I don't feel too bad that he has a hard time making a living these days. He's lucky to be a free man. oh noes, prince is gonna soo me!!1!
