Two 1-liter bottles before 6pm and one after. And ? Can you feel a change compared to the way you felt before you drank three liters a day ? I notice that I have more energy and better skin but it´s hard for me to drink that much in winter.....I simply forget because I never feel thirsty..sometimes I go for days without water, just black tea and coffee...I know and feel that that´s not healthy. " I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

[Edited 12/18/06 7:55am] I know what you mean I've always drank water but increased my intake greatly over the last two years and now I also can physically tell when I don’t or haven’t drank enough water, I’ve also unintentionally found out that yes, you can in fact survive for a few days on just water alone, not recommended.

Aside from the obvious (avoiding death), what are the benefits of drinking water? I've read some pretty outlandish claims on the Internet with regards to it's healing powers. I'm/I've edit [Edited 12/17/06 20:02pm] yes, you can fuck up your body big time if you don't drink enough.

That's fighting talk where I'm from! it was actually "ugly bags of mostly water" Some form of life that was "pure energy." I forget the specific episode. Every cell in our body contains water. It must be replenished. Sure, beer, soda, and other drinks have water in them, but the body must filter them to claim the water it needs. So drinking pure water makes the organs not have to work so hard, leaving them fresh for that Saturday night beer fest. My Legacy

And according to Chinese medicine it's much healthier to eat food that's at room temperature. It makes sense, the body is at a constant temperature, so it's naturally going to need to adjust what you eat or drink to body temp, which takes a lot of energy. I like hot & cold drinks, but only to sip. I can't gulp them. My Legacy

It has no magical properties. It provides hydration with zero calories, which is a good thing for most people. Our bodies are extremely good at telling us when we need to drink it: we get thirsty. There are no benefits for a normal person to drinking beyond satiating thirst. Just gives your kidneys extra work. oh noes, prince is gonna soo me!!1!

It takes up to almost 2 liters to do that, which you realise when your urine is transparent.

Water: 2 parts hydrogen 1 part oxygen. H2O NO CARBON. Carbon is in all living matter: organic chemistry. Inorganic chemistry is everything else.(soil, rock, plastic.) Sorry, didn't want to sound rude but I find it hard to believe it "revitalizes water with life force (chi energy)" just putting a bottle on top of that miraculous machine And I'm European, I think

Two 1-liter bottles before 6pm and one after. and here I was so proud of myself for drinking 2 liters a day and thinking I was doing some'in. by the end of that two liters, I can't get anymore down. good for you, Mara. also, water keeps your organs healthy, especially if you eat salt.
