I love whipped cream butter!
Though I am trying to stay away from all dairy due to the moral and health implications.

The fresher the butter the better. I keep two pounds around on unsalted for cooking. News: Prince pulls his head out his ass in the last moment.

Would it be wrong to mention the Pumpkin Butter from Trader Joe's is divine??? 
I use Land O' Lakes light spreadable butter w/ canola oil, or something...   I never met you, but I LOVE you & I will forever!! Thank you for being YOU - my little Princey, the best to EVER do it | |

I compared packages and the generic seems to have the same ingredients, and same nutrition values as the more expensive Land O Lakes. It seems Land O Lakes, when melted, has more foam than the regular brands.?? It can't be the cream content as the caloric value is exact between the two. | |
