How should I deal with annoying co-workers? SO I just started this new position and I already hate the people I work with. This girl thinks she is in charge even though she is junior ranking  and this guy who talks about this girl who treats him like crap but insists he loves her.
Now I need suggestions on how to deal with these clowns because upper management doesn't like my previous methods. Any ideas? 'A pillow covered in all our tears' | |

Tried that. ...and what was her reply?in my experience it usualy works to put people on the spot..under pressure and to look them straight in the eye....although be aware sometimes the trailer trash parents can crawl out of the dirty woodwork to attack you!...but dont let that put u off. | |
