Bourbon Chicken & General Tso's Chicken-How do you make these? Has anyone here ever worked at one of those Chinese takeout places? I've been trying to find the recipe for Bourbon Chicken and General Tso's Chicken, but every one I've seen online seems kinda far out and not like what you get at the takeout places. | |

Ive seen them featured at my local Chinese take out too. Have never tried them yet though.

i get a really good general tso's sauce at trader joes. i just make a stir fry and dump the sauce in at the end and let it simmer for a while. good stuff, and way less greasy than take-out.  | |
