As hard up as we are for people to join and stay in, its getting to the point where I really don't think thats going to be much of an issue anymore....although the culture of the military will be slower to accept openly gay men than it has been to accept openly gay females....trust me, we've got several "out in the open lesbians", and no one has raised much of an issue....I think that as it has grown, the don't ask, don't tell policy has morphed into a "don't go PUBLIC (as in to the media) and we won't fuck with you policy.... just my take on it though....
