"This hurts me more than it hurts you."
"I still want to be friends though." "It not you, it's me." All very annoying!

motivational cliches like "take it to the next level", "goal-oriented" (or worse, "goal-orientated" ) and "give 110%" make me want to puke.
also, the concept of leadership in schools drives me nuts. we're putting too much pressure on students as it is - they have plenty of time to develop leadership skills later, let them learn a thing or two first.

I hate when people use "right" after a sentence... as in:
"I know, right?" It's so trendy!

You can thank the Aussies for that It also seems to be a more prevalent trend amongst females I'm guessing that's how Althom sounds when he tries to "speak". "..My work is personal, I'm a working person, I put in work, I work with purpose.."

it's interesting to see the regional quirks. i have a cousin who lives in a small town but i don't know if it's just her that does this or if it's a product of where she lives. her "filler" is "and that, so/then..." as in
"we aren't sure when we will go down for christmas and that so please don't go out and buy presents for us. we may not see you till the new year and that then..." sometimes i notice going home that my mother says "she said, she said..." it is very strange. i guess she uses two intonations in her voice and to her that is just the way you preface quoting someone. "i was talking to mary yesterday and she said (slight pause) she said that harvey had to go back to the hospital." (if mary had a lot more to say the whole conversation would continue with the she said she said theme! ) i think i am guilty of saying "actually" too much (or maybe i've moved on to apparently) and apparently i sigh a lot during conversation.

well you're going to anyway! so just do it! Ugh! I hear that and that's similar to the phrase: "You know what?..."...and usually it's followed by some bullshit. And, "Lieberry"... . It's "Library"! LIBRARY!!.

Pretty much everything that all of you said.
Except when *I* do it, in which case it's not even slightly annoying. Mostly, I wish that people wouldn't speak unless I point to them and demand it. oh noes, prince is gonna soo me!!1!

people who say "like" all the time, for no good reason. the french equivalent is to add "quoi" at the end of every sentence.
