It's gotten so formulaic; I mean, why not just say, "Congratulations, Melrose: you're still in the running to become America's Next Top Model's 'Villain Who's Only Been Left in the Final Two So We Can Watch You Eat Cinderella's Dust'"?

'Twas nice to see Danielle, though (even with the trying-desperately-to-talk-like-a-Yank-to-please-Tyra-but-it-ain't-happenin' schtick). Holla!:

Yup. The big news, apparently, is that her agency's changed her name to "Dani". I think the rejoinder "Whatever..." can at this point be officially retired, now that it's met its raison d'etre.

Weren't the season finales 2 hours? This season's finale was an hour long. Too long, I know. I was kinda hopin' for something exciting to happen, a catfight between Melrose and Carridee or Eugena or somethin' but damn, guess they didn't have no good leftovers in the editing room

nice change of venue for a change...i'd rather watch a bunch of brits than a ton of spoiled amurricans, anyway.

Yeah, when I first saw those CoverGirl commercials calling her "Dani", I thought that was her nickname, not a given name by the agency. That's fucked up. This season really was pretty boring. I'm glad Melrose didn't win though.....anybody but her. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

Ever since Tyra told on herself about how they actually go about picking the models, I've been kinda put off by the show. Weird how I still continued to watch it though. I'm referring to the season when Nicole ( btw.....where the hell is she?) beat out Nik. I guess so many people complained about how Nik should've won over Nicole that she felt the need to explain that they choose what type of model they're looking for before the elimination process has even started. I guess the girls eliminated get exposure though.....at least that's a little something, you know. looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

did she? how do they pick folks? They wanted their model to look like Nicole's type and that's why she won. I think it was Naima who had won the season before that, so I guess they were going for the total opposite. I was actually shocked that Tyra admitted that. It kinda made sense the way they (the panel) were pushing for Nicole to do so well in her pictures. Week after week I kept going "she's still there?" looking for you in the woods tonight Switch FC SW-2874-2863-4789 (Rum&Coke)

I'm the same way as all of you - I fucking hate this show now but I can't stop watching it
Melrose is ugly - can we just acknowledge that?? WTF was she ever doing on the show anyway? It's weird b/c her walk put Carridee in the ground @ the final show & she seems to get a lot of things right on the job, so in that way she's professional. But I wouldn't book her for anything - maybe she'll do a ton of runway & have a happy life... I just don't find her appealing at all despite her ability to get the job done... Tyra tries to teach too many lessons w/ this show & her talk show, it's irritating. She can only see things through her own prism & always puts it off on other people - like whispering in the girls ear about not wanting it enough, which is why they kept Melrose & ditched her. She's gone b/c they wanted to teach a lesson - choose the best model already, stop being so full of shit. Not that any of these girls really had what it took this year, it was a pretty shitty group, but Melrose was never gonna win so why even give the bitch hope
