Well, I feel the opposite: I think the women are beautiful and hot and wonder why they do porn at all. With you on the fake boobies though I hate them but I realized long ago that porn is not for us, it's for guys. I've seen some stuff fom Andrew (not NDRU) Blake that's artsy, at least. The people appear to be somewhat attractive, though it's more likely just the direction & makeup.
