As long as you feel like your healthy if you don't feel healthy then you should not embrace your "fat chick".

But on a side weight loss note if you really want to lose weight with ease I suggest you embrace crack rock My formerly fat uncle swears by it...

I was all for embracing my thickness, but a few weeks ago I was very unhappy at my thickness and now I really don't like it.
