Many Women are more offended if you don't stare, they will look at you to see if you're looking at them. For me to look, much less stare, she'll have to be a dime piece. I just won't stare at the countless average chick who wants attention from men, which is as easy...well nothing's easier than getting a man to look. Im mean That's happened to me. Every couple of months this one guy tries to pick me up on the E train and the first time he squeezed into the seat next to me and started caressing my leg with his pinkie finger...anyway the third time or so, someone was already sitting next to me so he just stood in front of me and casually adjusted his crotch every few seconds.
