Psychopath test

Read this question, come up with an answer and then scroll down to the bottom for the result. This is not a trick question. It is as it reads. No one I know has got it right.

A woman, while at the funeral of her own mother, met a guy whom she did not know. She thought this guy was amazing. She believed him to be her dream guy so much, that she fell in love with him right there, but never asked for his number and could not find him.
A few days later she killed her sister.



Question: What is her motive for killing her sister?

She was hoping the guy would appear at the funeral again.
If you answered this correctly, you think like a psychopath. This was a test by a famous American Psychologist used to test if one has the same mentality as a killer. Many arrested serial killers took part in the test and answered the question correctly.

my guess was that the guy was actually her sister in man drag, and the woman found out and got mad and killed her.

my guess was that he was her sister's boyfriend or husband or something and she killed her sister to be with the guy.

The problem with this test and those like it is that because of the context and how it is presented, people see it as a riddle with a specific answer and so they try to figure out what that answer is rather than just answer spontaneously. So even though Ocean and Mach might well be psychos, I don't think this test has proven that that's the case.

I personally thought she killed her sister because they were both interested in the same man, maybe the one mentioned maybe not. I have no idea why I thought that though. She might as well have killed her for eating all her chocolates while she was in the bathroom.

Well, the whole purpose is that you should make up any old answer you want, but I think that although there is not enough information given to be sure what the answer they're thinking of is, there is enough in there to make a qualified guess. You know that a) it's a "psychopath test", b) there's a specific answer to the question and c) they're probably looking for a link between the murder and the funeral.
