I've only had hot chocolate w marshmellows

I usually just buy Swiss Miss or Nestle with marshmallows. I love it though. I'm dying to try those big homemade marshmallows with my cocoa.

I saw these on Food Network a few nights ago.


Homemade peppermint marshmallows. Oh man, how good would those taste in some hot chocolate The bakery that sell them is in Savannah....I had no clue. the next time I'm in the area, I'll have to stop by.

Those look wicked I haven't eaten Marshmallows in ages.
I've always wanted to do that 'American thing' and roast them in an open camp fire but I never have

I don't like camping either.....I'm just not an outdoorsy person. I do make s'mores a lot though.....but I just use my oven. The oven get the marshmallows nice and crisp on the outside and gooey on the inside. I noticed that they taste a lot better when they're roasted.

With either whisky or cognac.
