Cut 'Borat' prison scene leaked onto web


A scene from the new Borat movie that was cut for legal reasons has surfaced on the internet.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the sequence features fake Kazakhstani reporter Borat, played by Sacha Baron Cohen, visiting a Californian jail where he makes thinly veiled references to Abu Ghraib.

A sheriff at the institution, who figured out it was a set-up, threatened to sue the movie makers if the scene was included in the movie. However, the clip has now been uploaded onto video-sharing website YouTube.
