My old one was exactly the same, and we'd still have it (but my in-laws donated their old one to us). The ornaments are nice. All you need is some tinsel or a popcorn garland. ...btw - isn't the skirt supposed to cover the base? I always cut a hole in them and stick the trunk through it.
