i'm going on a shopping trip tomorrow to the outlet mall. a friend is driving, it's about and hour or so drive. i know i want to either buy her lunch or give her money towards gas. which would u do?

Do both, a 10 bucks for gas and a little Taco Bell Value Meal action for lunch!

I wouldn't just hand her money for gas because she probably won't spend it on that. You should just have her stop at the gas station and pay for her gas. I do this for my husband occasionally and he loves it.

i'm the kind of person who would just as soon have someone buy me lunch as to give me money, but your friend may be different. let her decide!
