You know in the movie clueless where Cher decides she's gonna start taking steps to become a more rounded person, or whatever.
Well, I think I'm gonna do that too. So now with New Years coming my resolution is to start watching the news for 20 minutes a day. EVERY day, and I'm also gonna start picking one article a week out of the newspaper to read. What are your guys'es resolutions???

Go Daniella! ~Hugs.
I don't practice resolutions... if a change must be made, I simply devote to it. I am not always successful. Being on time is a daily resolution of mine. Thank goodness, everyone knows this about me... or eventually will. I am cursed. I was even late on my wedding day and and joke about being late for my own funeral. Beautiful day you.

To stop smoking so much, drinking so much and taking so many drugs. And to grow my hair down to my arse.

I've been growing my hair to my ass for like 6 years now. It hasn't gotten there yet. I think it's cuz I keep getting it trimmed. I got REALLY close at one point then got knocked up and went nutts and cut it to like my chin. I'm late for everything to Julie. I have this weird thing where I can't bring myself to get out the door until the time I'm actually supposed to be at the place. I don't think that stuff matters though. Who cares yanno? They can wait. spelling [Edited 12/2/06 10:43am]

Maybe I can find someone to makeover too, but that'll have to wait till spring. I just think I need to be more aware of like, the presidents and the laws, and all that kinda stuff. OK, here's my two cents. I don't think you should have to change, especially if it's over some inferiority complex compared to some of the folks here and what they know. Fact is: You're charming, you're pretty, and you live a fun, happy life, with lots of friends. There are plenty of folks who covet themselves with all sorts of knowledge over various subjects, who will never achieve that in their lives. In the end, happy folks are the smart ones to me. But I will say, you're lack of knowledge on key subjects is appalling. But it's part of your charm

Dan, OMG, thats not was I was looking for. Just peoples resolutions, but Thanks.
I do feel inferior to some people a lot of times, hence the interest in getting a news paper.

I do feel inferior to some people a lot of times, hence the interest in getting a news paper. Listen to NPR in the morning. or if that's too boring, download the NPR podcast on Itunes of "Wait Wait - Don't tell me." It's a hilarious game show that covers the news of the week on NPR. Very funny and you learn the events around the world for that week , if you haven't been listening to the news. I'm addicted to the show. Amy Sedares was the guest celebrity this morning.

I forgot how I used to be. You just reminded me of how unaware I was in high school. Now that I'm out of the loop and don't do it, it drives me nuts that I'm that last to know. Just listen to NPR on your way to work, you'll be good

Ex-Moderator | All I can say is, choose your news carefully. The news depresses me, so I try not to watch too much. And I'm selective about what I read, too. |
