Keep up the good work. I'm sure you enjoy getting up in the AM and not coughing, walking up a flight of stairs and not getting short of breath, have cleaner, whiter teeth... clothes that smell fresh and not like stale cigs,and no burn holes in them....
I smoked 30 yrs ago. Being in an exercise routine helped me and I coughed up junk the 1st year every time I ran. Had NO interest in smoking again. [Edited 12/1/06 17:08pm] | |
