I lived in Pacifica for a while. Just to let you know, it is often foggy, windy and cold there. It's not a nice warm sunny beach It's mostly grey and dreary. I hated mornings because the fog is so thick! The salt from the ocean air will eventually eat the paint off your car. But the people are pleasant and you're only minutes from San Francisco, so that alone is a good thing.

Okay, just keepin it real . . . .

My company is offering the opportunity for me to manage a property in Pacifica, CA. That is, if the purchase goes through.

I would have to move there, but it's a coastal community just south of San Francisco.
I've always wanted to live close to the beach.

Would you go?

These are pictures of part of the property itself.

"To manage a property", what does that mean? Does this mean that they supply you with a house?

I work for a real estate investment group. Renters won't like to hear this, but they buy mid-size apartment complexes, remodel them completely, keep them for about three years, and then sell for the profit. They would offer me a unit.

You already know the answer. You'd be daft if you didn't go for a deal like that.
