As far as appearance goes I mean. I was just thinking about this going through some old family photos. As you get older, are you "turning into" one of your parents?

i started out looking like my dad, and then i morphed into my mom

hmm, i´m actually starting to look less like them now that i´m growing
older.

at about 20 i could have been my dad´s twin brother at that age and in
my early 20s i started to look more like my mom.

now i´m starting to look like my dog, lol, which is not a good thing

Cool. I'm sort of obsessed with people that look like other people I know, people who sound like other people, etc for some reason and especially within families and all that. I recently went to a wedding and a funeral on my dad's side, and it was so odd to just study faces of distant relatives and see how we all DO look a lot alike.
