MJ may have hit 44 but he has individual body parts that are much younger than that.

But they will probably never get better. Yeah, actually they r all so traumatised not one of them is willing 2 speak up, although history learned them blackmailing does pay off. "It's better 2 B hated 4 what U R than 2 B loved 4 what U R not."

"although history learned them " ?
...althought history TAUGHT them... BTW, there still is no evidence showing he did these acts...nor has he been convicted of any crime. I would like to believe in the real world, if he truly did do it, the parents of the child who was allegedly molested would follow thru with the court case to make sure MJ- or any perpetrator- couldn't commit the same crime again. If you don't think greed had anything to do with that case, you're sadly mistaken. --- Anyway, i think it's cool that P, MJ, and Madonna are all born in the same year, 1958. 3 very different artists from the 80's. Odd how no real superstars emerged from the 90's--or even the early 2000's for that matter-- as popular as the Big Three in the previous decade.

He could have saved alot of money by paying lawyers to defend the allegations if he thought that he would be vindicated. Don't be blinded by your love for any artist or their work. He obviously did the crime, but he didn't want to do the time. If prince.org were to be made idiot proof, someone would just invent a better idiot.

Madonna is also the same age!!! But this thread is in the wrong forum. MJ 'nuff said. "So strange that no one stayed at the end of the Parade..." - Wendy & Lisa's "Song About" on their 1987 self-titled album.
RIAA 'nuff said. | |

I would like to believe that,in the real world,a person is INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.If MJ is a child molester, then let's see some hard, undisputable proof, not just the accusations of *ONE* boy.The fact remains that, there was a year-long investigation and MJ was not charged with a single crime.I think the reason MJ settled is because he knew this trial would be a media circus that could go on for months. The bigger question should be,why were his accusers eager to take the money and run? Why didn't they wanna put this "child molester" behind bars?

i'm so happy to have his music, memories, etc.
i don't care for the surgeries, accusations. his entertainment with his songs, dance, videos, music, peace messages are inspiring and wonderful. he makes me want to work and do better in school, life, etc. whatever happens...i will continue to love him. i keep seeing the footage of him performing Dangerous. it just makes me smile and forget about any troubles. it's the same relaxation i get from seeing Spongebob Squarepants. happy b-day darling!

He obviously did the crime, but he didn't want to do the time. Don't be too naive to think that greed wasn't the driving force behind the parents of the child who settled for $$. If they irrefutable evidence AND knew he commited said crime, why would they ever let him be free to do so again? That's grosser than drawing up the greedy lawsuit in the first place(If it were my kids, i wouldn't settle until the guy was someone's bitch in prison, regardless of how many appeals were necessary). I think MJ settled because he didn't want to be dragged thru the mud in court which is exactly what attorney's do in these cases, expecting an early cash settlement. And how does he 'save' money by paying lawyers to continue the case? Lawyers like Johnny Cochran cost millions to keep on for the weeks or months of average celebrity court-cases. Not only that, he stands the chance of losing more star status as long as the case is open and accusations are looming over his head. BTW, i'm hardly your avg MJ fan. I only like some of his music-his dance songs mostly- and can't stand looking at the guy or reading about his chimp, his celebrity friends, etc.

A few weeks after he settled the molestation case, MJ appeared in a courtroom in Colorado to defend himself against a charge of stealing songs from someone. If I was wrongly accused of molesting someone, I would definitely fight THAT case in a courtroom. Not some run of the mill plagarism charge that most popular singers have to deal with.
The reason Michael Jackson settled the molestation case is that he knew damaging evidence would be presented in court that the whole world would eventually see. And the parents probably agreed to settle to prevent futher damage to their son. They were receiving death threats and surely didn't want to put their son through more trauma. Remember, the mother of the boy practically pimped her son to MJ, accepting expensive gifts in exchange for her son to spend time with MJ. It was the father of the boy who was suing. And it's naive to believe Michael Jackson is some innocent, misunderstood, man-child. More and more people see through that act. MJ is a very sick individual who has gotten away with molesting God knows how many little boys because of his money. But just like those Catholic priests who molested children for years, Michael is someday going to have to answer to a higher authority, and all the money in the world will do him no good.

Do you know this to be the truth? Do you have evidence that proves BEYOND THE SHADOW OF A DOUBT that this is the reason MJ did this. Have you seen Mike do these things to these children with your own physical eye...(silence)... Wonder whom you'll have to answer to for saying things that you don't even know factually to be true.

Once again, you're dealing with UN-PROVEN accusations, rumors and speculation.Unless you were THERE in MJ's bedroom, you can not say for certain that he molested anybody. You're only dealing with the accusations of *ONE* boy.Remember, there was a full investigation, which Michael fully cooperated with.Dozens of other kids were questioned, and many other employees of Jackson and the parents of these kids were also questioned.MJ's entire home was searched, and he even allowed the authorities to photograph him nude. After a thorough,year-long investigation,MJ WAS NOT CHARGED WITH A SINGLE CRIME.Those are the facts! But I see you're so quick to believe anything that you read.Tell me,did you believe Mayte's assistants when they claimed that Prince was responsible for his own baby's death?? Of course not, because you love Prince and you know he would never do such a thing. But yet, your hatred of MJ makes you believe ANY bad thing you hear about him, even when there's no real evidence to support the accusations.
