I live in Northern Michigan and November 15 is practically another holiday around here. In fact, it's bigger than that. The kids around here all have it off. People go into the woods and literally shoot at anything that moves. There are always a few accidental hunting deaths each year. I think a school bus got shot during Opening Day one year, so now the schools are cancelled for "safety day."
