Moderators Top 10
(compiled from international survey!)

Robocop
Dirty Harry (all of 'em)
Death Wish (or anything with Charles Bronson)
Enter the Dragon
Full Metal Jacket (the drill sergeant part)
An Officer and a Gentleman (the part where Lou Gosset kicks ass)
Good Fellas (especially the way Joe Pesci solves his issues)
The Exorcist (very inspiring for some extreme moderation cases)
Reservoir Dogs (especially the "listening sessions" in the warehouse)
The Godfather part 1 and II (another great movie on how to solve interpersonal conflicts)

All Spike's films bring something to the table. "She's Gotta Have It", "Four Little Girls", "School Daze", "Bamboozled" too.

Even if the execution is sometimes inconsistent.
