I'm assuming they would've had trouble gaining a mainstream release with a smooth sally?

actually, one of the main complaints i've been hearing about shortbus is that the main actors are too pretty, considering how "real" they wanted the film to be. nod

What was your most memorable date?

Fourteen years ago while still in my early 20's, I took a man's wife out to the movies. He knew we were friends but not that I was sleeping with her at the time.
He showed up while we were getting tickets, (The Bodyguard), and joined us.
She sat between us in the cinema and while me and her husband had a little friendly conversation, she gave me a handjob.

Oh to be young and wild.....

cool

I also once ended up at the Brass Rail (famous Toronto strip club where Hollywood's A-list go to "let down their hair" during TIFF) with a singer/songwriter named Bobbi-Jo (I shit you not lol) after tripping through the city with her and some record company dudes, including a meet-up with her friend who had just gotten back from "partying" (*cough*) with the Jackass boys.

Gee, I really miss the old days (pause) not.

You know, it's hilarious to me that you're name dropping a bunch of people no one's ever heard of.

Reincarnate

When I was 19 I went out with a moderately-famous British musician. We ended up at his place where he played his guitar and sang to me and we had the most amazing time before going out for the evening. It was magical. Later, I hated him as I saw what he was really like (arrogant and a people-user) but for a short time I was a princess and in heaven. I can now look back on that time and see the good memories rather than the horrible ones that came later.

you know, one of the happiest times i had with someone i dated was when a guy drove me from NYC to boston for a theramin demonstration, then we stayed over at a friends, then we drove back to NYC. it wasn't so much the demonstration that was cool, as much as just being in a car, listening to music and talking for three hours each way. that's my idea of a perfect date, i guess. lol
