are you trying department store names? i bet if you tried a bra store and they let you try on some of the european lines you would be able to find something that worked even better i want to be the bra fairy and show all women what a difference a good bra makes I've found San Francisco is a good place for high end lingere. French and Italian brands. I have a black and white pokka dot bra and thong with little bows, and a black sequined set with multi colored sequins which is great under lacy tops. The sequins are secure and don't catch. Recently bought a Betsy Johnson pink with black pokka dot set a couple of weeks ago. [Edited 11/27/06 7:25am]

[Edited 11/27/06 7:24am] WOW...that's fantastic! As great as our scientists are that article's a complete lie, do the research. The Daily Mail is one of the least trustworthy newspapers in England, especially for medicine. It claims every week that cancer will be cured in 3 months blah blah blah.

Back pain was the primary need for the surgery which improved afterwards. A friend of mine had it done and she nearly lost her nipple to necrosis...the blood supply to the nipples (since they have to be removed) can be comprimised and that is a big risk.

I remember scaring CarrieLee with this a few years ago In most cases, the nipple and areola remain attached to the breast. If the breasts are very large and droopy, however, the surgeon may have to remove the nipple and areola and reattach them at a higher position as a skin graft. In this case, detaching the nipple and areola from their blood vessels and nerves causes them to permanently lose sensation and can result in the inability to breast-feed. http://www.mayoclinic.com...on/WO00021

Actually the enlargement is a much less invasive surgery...they usually make a small bellybutton incision and then insert everything through that.

First off, you need to find a good plastic surgeon. There's some who specialize in breast surgery for cancer patients, implants, and reductions and have more experience. Secondly, it depends on the health of the patient.(Immunosuppressed, poor hygiene,ie.. not washing hands with home dressing changes, etc) Nipple necrosis is not common.
