it's good for your hair, if you use it as part of a rinse after you've deep-conditioned it. it balances out your hair's pH level and makes it manageable so you can detangle it.

take about a teaspoonful or two of apple cider vinegar (no more than that, though, unless you want stinky hair) and mix it in 2 cups of water. after you've let your conditioner sit on yer hair long enough, rinse out the conditioner with water and then pour the apple cider vinegar/water mix over your hair. work it through your hair for about a minute, then rinse it out. the vinegary smell should fade away after a few minutes.

Soak some large burdock leaves in it, then use the leaves to wrap around sore joints.

It's definitely excellent for your hair. Ir removes product build up and makes it shiny. I use Frederick Fekkai Apple Cdier shampoo and love it.
