Actually, me and some of my coworkers are planning to put together a band. I'm going to be frontman. We're going to call ourselves The Mindstickers (after a 70s TAB commercial).

Bayview Elementary School Band(trumpet..i wanted clarinet)
Helms Middle School Marching Band(got kicked out,i sucked at trumpet)
JLBM(known as Japanese lesbian bussiness men) a death metal band...i was the singer/grunter.
only theatre of pain(a christian death knock off band,which i played the singer/base player)

and a avant garde street performing band known as Saya.

since i see i'm not the only marching band geek guess i'll say mine too

my middle school's band (marching )
my high school's band
a jazz band i hated a LOT
and two community orchestras

clarinet section leader 2 years in a row in my middle school concert band.

I've always done the solo thing, but if I did have a band I always thought that Dr. Germ & the Chemical Ali's had a certain ring to it.

If I was in a band the group would be called either "Dog Saliva" or "Rosetta's Stoned" depending on what kind of music we played.

I think somehow down the line Tool found out bout me and stole my idea, I've called numerous times bout they wont return them, those bastards!!

I am trying to think of a name for my band... it's a folky duo, with classical, Celtic and medieval influences. Thusfar we are piano, mandolin & two lyric soprano voices.

Suggestions?

I had actually thought of "troubadora" but that's already taken by another duo!

I rather like "chimera" but it's a bit too death metalish for us, probably...
