I used to be the same way. I forced myself to start eating breakfast and now I am fine.

Yup! Me too.

Every morning I pick up a Coffee (Cafe de la olla- Cinnamon coffee) and a Pan dulce (Mexican pastry). Yummmm!

Breakfast on Saturday or Sunday is usually at my local greasy spoon called the Mini Gourmet. I have 2 eggs, bacon and hash browns with coffee and o.j.

Good Lawd. I'm getting hungry.....

Weird...I actually really like the taste, but hate the aftertaste - which last hours - and the indigestion confused

When I have my Turkish moments :

-pita bread, olives, sliced tomatoes and cucumbers, olive oil with chili flakes, feta cheese, a menemen omelette, sometimes "sucuk" sausage slices though I´m not really a meat eater, honey, tahina with pekmez ( grape molasses ) and lots of black tea from small tulip glasses

When I have my German moments:

- Brötchen, fresh from the bakery ( German rolls, GREAT stuff ) , German Schwarzbrot ( black bread, see Irrisisible B´s Photo) with Nutella or strawberry jam, German cheese, maybe cream cheese, a boiled egg, and lots of good old German coffee...Tchibo Beste Bohne, of course...

And then, when I have my "American" moments:

- pancakes, toast, peanutbutter, strawberry jam, coffee, orange juice, scrambled eggs, hash browns...

My rare "British" moments :

-toast, strawberry jam, " a cuppa " tea with a little bit of milk, maybe a slice of good cheddar.
" I´d rather be a stank ass hoe because I´m not stupid. Oh my goodness! I got more drugs! I´m always funny dude...I´m hilarious! Are we gonna smoke?"

I had a left over Moons over Mihammy sandwhich from denny's good stuff. But my average daily breakfast is either oatmeal with fresh cut peaches and a thing of yogurt and juice. OR some kind of egg concoction with toast. IF I don't have time its usually leftovers

Mazurack

Yogurt and rye toast for the past month or two... I switch up between that andoatmeal and an apple. Some days a cereal bar, but I prefer not to because, at my age, it makes me take a pill. sad
