Heads up everybody. If you ever have surgery, the piercings have got to GO. And no, don't ask the staff to remove it for you. (Unless you're having a simple procedure without anesthetic, then it can stay)
The reason being, if you have any bleeding issues, cautery is used to stop the bleeding and with metal on the body, "arching" can occur and cause a skin burn. Again...DO NOT ASK STAFF TO REMOVE BODY PIERCINGS!!!!! | |

Wow, thats pretty bad....the worst for me was sometimes the hole would try to seal around the ring...so I would have to twist and turn it until it broke free....had its moments sometimes.... but it usually just hurt like hell....and now that nipple is significantly larger than the unpierced one..

Yes, you would have to do that too. Different piercers recommend different cleaning methods, but I've found the sea salt saline solution the best. |
